about

DNB Asset Management was founded in 2019 with the objective of generating superior risk-adjusted returns over the short- to medium-term. We are a private group of investors, focused on creating the most efficient trading solutions possible for our proprietary capital.

Despite our quantitative bend, we strongly believe in investing heavily on the human behind the machines. We foster relationships based on deep trust and complete transparency.
We believe generating high long-term returns while also keeping the volatility stupendously low is the highest probabilistic approach to creating wealth.
Value of an additional rupee when the times are good is much lower than when the times are bad. Therefore, we make sure to craft our portfolio in such a manner that it gains in the times of market stress even though it hurts our ability to generate an even higher return in the long-term.
We focus on trading highly liquid assets in the Indian financial markets.
By combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, we aspire to create an antifragile trading operation that can not only steer clear of market events but also gain from market shocks.
We understand that diversification is useless in the good times, and invaluable in the bad times. While most alternatives to a traditional portfolio fail to deliver the necessary diversification a portfolio needs during times of acute stress, we specifically aim to exploit such regimes by employing strategies that tend to do well during time of stress.
